IMS Folder is where staff find the policies, procedures, forms and registers in their company's integrated management system (IMS). Each company has its own private page.

Use the link your company gave you. It looks like imsfolder.com/your-company.
If you don't have the link, or it won't let you in, ask your IMS team. They look after who has access, so they are the people who can help.
How it works
Log in with your email address
We email you a six-digit code. There is no password to remember.
Find what you need
Browse the folders, or search by file name, folder name or document code.
Download a copy
Files download to your device to read. Nothing can be changed or uploaded here, so the documents stay as your IMS team issued them.
For IMS teams
The files stay in your IMS folder in Dropbox and your team keeps working there as normal. Changes show on your page straight away or within a few minutes.
An admin at your company decides who can log in, either everyone with a company email address or named people such as an auditor, and writes the welcome message and updates on your home page.
